Chicken Drumsticks Frying Pan Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 kg Drum sticks
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Garlic paste
125 g Yogurt
4 tbsp Green chilli sauce
1/4bunch Green coriander
1 1/2 tbsp Oil
DIRECTIONS
Dejoint the drum sticks with knife, add salt and vinegar and marinate for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in the pan put drum sticks and cover it for 5 minutes. Now add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric and cook till drum sticks are tender. Mix together yogurt, garlic paste and green sauce in a bowl and pour the mixture on drum sticks.
