Small pots of chocolate cream and whipped cream


Ingredients:


125 g dark chocolate
5 eggs
15 cl milk
30 cl cream
60g sugar
chantilly house
cocoa

Preparation:


1- Preheat oven th.3 (90 ° c)

2. Heat the milk and sugar and chocolate previously broken into pieces, without boiling, until chocolate is melted.

3. Beat eggs in omelets and stir to incorporate chocolate / milk

4- Add the cream. Mix well.

5- Filter the preparation and distribute into 6 pots

6. Bake for 15 minutes.

7. Let cool then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

8. Serve chilled Miammm !!!!
